Water, sewer and other utilities need rates that are adequate, fair and appropriately simple or complex, "Great Rates." It's a simple concept with tough math. Restructured, and usually higher rates can be a tough sell, too.

To get great rates, or get as close as you care to, we suggest you do these things:

  • Download our FREE e-book, "How to Get Great Rates," plus guides, articles, spreadsheets and more on rate setting issues from the Freebies locker. If what you read in the "Rate Setting Issues Guide" tells you that you need rate analysis,
  • Ask us for a proposal for rate analysis. The proposal will include a printed copy of "How to Get Great Rates," which is prettier than the e-book, and
  • Have us analyze your rates and guide you through the rate resetting process.

Rate analysis almost always leads to revenue increases. Thus, our average client utility regains the fee they pay to us (normally between $5,000 and $8,000 per utiity) in about five days. For the next five years or so, ALL the extra revenue goes toward whatever it is needed for.

As they say, "Time actually IS money," if you are postponing getting great rates.

Contact us if you have questions or if you want a proposal because we want YOU to enjoy great rates, too.
